Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses anywhere in South Africa through our appointed couriers. We do not ship internationally.

All delivery options include shipping protection. The options and final delivery charge for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day. Couriers deliver on weekdays only. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Remote areas, busy periods, weather and courier disruptions can occasionally add a few days.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched we email you the tracking details. For help, contact care@clutchdenim.co.za or 081 042 8435 with your order number.
Delivery details
Please give a complete delivery address and a phone number the courier can reach. If a delivery fails because of incorrect details or nobody being available, we will tell you about any extra courier charge before arranging redelivery.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, email care@clutchdenim.co.za with your order number and photos, and we will put it right in line with South African consumer law, at our cost.
Out-of-stock items
If an item you paid for turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know and refund you for it.
Returns
Returns are covered by our Refund Policy. Please contact returns@clutchdenim.co.za for instructions before sending anything back.
