Clutch Denim Privacy, Cookies and Direct Marketing Notice

-Personal information collected
Name, surname, email address, telephone number, delivery address, billing address, order details, payment confirmation details, customer service messages, account credentials, website usage data, IP address, device information, cookie identifiers and marketing preferences.

-Purpose of processing — orders/payments, delivery communication, returns/refunds/complaints, account management, fraud detection, legal/tax compliance, marketing (only where permitted), and operating/securing/improving the site.

-Sharing personal information — with service providers where necessary: payment gateways, hosts, ecommerce platforms, couriers, IT providers, marketing platforms, analytics providers, professional advisers, regulators, and law enforcement where required.

-Retention — kept only as long as necessary or as required by law/accounting/tax/dispute/fraud-prevention needs.

-Customer rights — access, correction, deletion, objection, consent withdrawal, and right to complain to the Information Regulator, subject to POPIA.

-Security — reasonable technical/organisational measures taken; no system is fully secure, so customers must keep passwords confidential.
